Join us from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. to meet some cool friends from the savannah who know all about spreading the scriptures. All are welcome, ages 4 – 12 years old. Volunteers still needed. See Robin Susich.
MYF FAMILY FUN NIGHT The MYF invites you to attend a Family Fun Night...Sun., Aug. 15th from 5:00-8:00 PM. We will provide snacks and drinks.,,,play baseball....volleyball...etc . The Praise Band has agreed to play for us! Bring lawn chairs and sports equipment you may need. Let's have a fun, relaxing night before we return to the craziness of the fall season. Any questions?? See or call or email Mary or Dave. See you there! Rain Date for this event is Sun., Aug. 22nd.
Faith & Fitness This summer’s session of Faith & Fitness has started. Please come and join us in our AIR CONDITIONED New Fellowship Hall! We meet every Monday morning from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The activities are flexible with levels easy to moderate, depending on each person’s level of comfort. Participate at your own level. None of us are physical fitness buffs; we are just women (Men, you are invited, too!) who know we need to exercise, it is more fun to do it together and group participation helps us to make a commitment to ourselves and others. Activities include: chair exercises to promote flexibility and strengthen muscles; activities to improve balance; walking to increase stamina; upper body exercises to increase muscle mass. Please wear comfortable clothes and sneakers. Any questions, please call Arlene Green or the church office.

Women's Ministries Council Meeting - Thursday, July 29th at 6:30 p.m. In order to serve the women of the faith community of St. Andrew, we are forming a Women's Ministry Council. The Council will not be an organization but a group of women who will brainstorm ways to serve the spiritual and physical needs of women both in our faith family and in the community. This Council is not a place where "jobs" will be assigned; its purpose is to suggest ways to continue and expand women's ministries effectively where a need is evident. The Council will meet just a few times during the year for this purpose. If you would like to find out more about the Council, please speak to Arlene Green.
ST. ANDREW CELEBRATES “CHRISTMAS IN JULY” We will participate in Operation Christmas Child again during the month of July. Please check out the display in New Fellowship Hall Lobby, where there are empty shoe boxes, wrapped in Christmas paper, and ready for you to take and fill with toys and other items for children around the world. Unwrapped shoe boxes are also available, if you prefer. Labels for shoe boxes and complete details are available at the NFH Lobby display. Children are also encouraged to be actively involved, using the “All About Me” sheet and Operation Christmas Child party ideas. Especially important, please also consider becoming a prayer partner for this missions project. Prayer cards are at the display with suggested guidelines for your prayer efforts. For additional information please see Lucy DeBarge. Thank you, and God bless you!
