The End of Another Sunday School Year!

Our Sunday school year will come to close on Sunday, June 13 with a recognition service for all the children. St. Andrew wants to make sure our kids know how proud we are of their devotion to learning about God’s word every Sunday morning. The recognition service will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. in the sanctuary. Following the Sunday school recognition, the teachers will take the classes downstairs to their classrooms.

We also hope you will mark your calendars for our week of Vacation Bible School. Starting Monday, August 9th a great team will lead a week long adventure taking kids to the African savannah with Baobab Blast. Baobab Blast is an open invitation to be a part of God’s Great Get-Together. Set under the impressive baobab tree, kids will have the opportunity to hear the Word, be amazed at God’s wildlife creations, and be a part of a supportive community.

Our St. Andrew Sunday school team wants to say thank you for another great year of sharing the love of Jesus. Although the year has sped by, we are already looking towards next September and ways we can make teaching our community of young people exciting and fun.

SUNDAY SCHOOL RECOGNITION SERVICE:

On Sunday, June 13th, all Sunday school students from preschool to high school are asked to report directly to the sanctuary instead of their Sunday school rooms. Following the recognition portion of Sunday’s service the students will be dismissed with their teachers for a quick celebration in their Sunday school rooms. Parents may pick their children up as usual. See everyone on Sunday!

God’s Great Get-Together

Baobab Blast is an open invitation to be a part of God’s Great Get-Together. Set under the impressive baobab tree, kids will have the opportunity to hear the Word, be amazed at God’s wildlife creations, and be a part of a supportive community.

This will be a life-changing experience for your kids as you gather together as a community and grow in faith. As the sun rises and sets on the savannah, so, too, will faith and relationships grow as kids explore connections with God, family, friends, and others around the world. Get ready to experience the most amazing community get-together under the sun.
